The rains from Hurricane Matthew cover this street in Port-au-Prince, the capital of Haiti, as the category four hurricane swept over the country on Oct. 4.  The Category 4 hurricane made landfall in southwest Haiti early in the morning causing significant damage there. The total amount of damage in the country is currently unknown.
