Haiti TPS extended for 18 months before termination – HAWG statements

Tuesday evening the Administration announced that TPS for Haitians would be extended for 18 months ahead of the program’s termination. HAWG members are concerned that the decision was made solely based on evaluating conditions after the earthquake almost 8 years ago.
